Due to the nature of our products, which are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, we will not issue any kind of refund once purchase has been made, in order to avoid fraud. Please address your questions to us before purchasing our plugin(s).
There are certain situations where refunds can be granted:
- If customer pays more than once for the same product before their download expires (365 days).
- If customer accidentally clicks on the Pay button for more than once resulting in multiple payments.
If you think you are qualified for refunds like stated in the Overview section above, please send us an email to request for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and an email will be sent to you to notify you of this.
