This could include: creating, updating and confirming post and page details; viewing which team member is working on a post/page in real-time (which typically locks that piece of content); or seeing when a post/page was lasted updated or modified.
Protect Admin can be used to: Lock certain posts/pages from being updated/modified until designated admins have had a chance to approve prior changes before additional updates are made; protect an “original” post/page if duplicates are made for testing or comparisons; or to protect a finished post/page while being reviewed by a client (who has WP back-end access).
In either case, Protect Admin is meant to prevent negative impacts to help keep a project moving forward and delivered on time.
